catching up

every year i take a vacation

from work, i don't really go anywhere

but rather catch up

on things around the house

and lots of crochet & knitting

this year is no different

so far, 2 projects have been finished

and have already printed out

a couple of patterns

to start something new

it is truly humbling

birthday gift

these fingerless gloves were made

as a birthday gift for my mom last week

too bad it's been in the high 70's & low 80's lately!

she most likely won't get to wear them until next winter

(if we even have one here in southern ca)
